Workers use their existing smartphone instead of carrying additional hardware. Since people never forget their phones, compliance rates are dramatically higher. You also eliminate hardware purchase costs, charging requirements, and replacement expenses when devices break or get lost.

What happens if a worker's phone battery dies?

The system automatically alerts both the worker and management when battery levels get low. If a phone does go dead, our monitoring center follows up according to your company’s escalation protocols. Most workers charge their phones regularly since they use them for everything else.

Can workers disable the app or avoid monitoring?

Workers can pause monitoring when needed, but all activity is logged and visible to management. Most traditional wearable solutions have the same limitation where workers can remove devices.

How quickly does your monitoring center respond to emergencies?

Our monitoring center responds to all panic button activations within 10 seconds. Response includes immediate phone contact with the worker, location verification, and emergency service coordination if needed. All monitoring staff are trained in emergency protocols and work exclusively on worker safety responses.
