This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the terms and conditions for the use and continued operation of our App (defined below) and wider services. We use your personal data to provide and improve the Service (defined below). By using the App (defined below), you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy complies with the retained EU law version of the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018).

Business Day: refers to any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England when banks in London are open for business.

Client: means the person or company contracting with the Company under the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

Control: means the beneficial ownership of more than 50% of the issued share capital of a company or the legal power to direct or cause the direction of the general management of the company, and controls, controlled and the expression change of control shall be construed accordingly.

“GDPR”: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).

“Legislation”: means any statute, statutory provision or subordinate legislation or any mandatory rules or guidance issued by any regulatory body having jurisdiction over the applicable party.

Purpose: To assist with workforce management, lone worker safety, and operational oversight through the Solo-Link platform. This includes real-time tracking, shift management, incident reporting, and compliance monitoring to ensure the safety and productivity of a workforce.

“Services: refers to any of our applications or other related services, which makes reference to our Terms of Service, including any sales, marketing, or events.

Users: means the Client’s customers, employee’s, agents, suppliers and other third parties that require access to the App and/or Services for the Purpose.

Rules of interpretation

Clause headings shall not affect the interpretation of this Privacy Policy.

A person includes a natural person, corporate or unincorporated body (whether or not having a separate legal personality).

A reference to a company shall include any company, corporation or other body corporate, wherever and however incorporated or established.

Unless the context otherwise requires, words in the singular shall include the plural and, in the plural, include the singular.

Unless the context otherwise requires, a reference to one gender shall include a reference to the other genders.
